> Integration is a key part of breathwork - taking any insights and realisations you received and understanding how to practically apply and embody them. This session is designed for anyone who has completed a breathwork session (with me or another practitioner) and wants support making sense of their experience and bringing it into daily life. What to expect: Space to share what came up for you during your breathwork practice Help making sense of insights, emotions, or physical sensations Practical tools and practices to integrate your experience Guidance on how to embody your realisations in everyday life Support with any questions or challenges that have emerged Who is this for: Anyone who has done breathwork with me and wants follow-up support Those who've practiced breathwork elsewhere and need integration guidance People navigating big shifts or insights after a session Anyone wanting to deepen their understanding of their breathwork experience Integration helps you move from awareness to action - turning insights into lasting change. Founding Client Rate: £30 (usually £40) As a founding client, I'm offering a reduced rate in exchange for your honest feedback and a testimonial about your experience. Sessions are held online via Zoom.
