Sound With Toya
Hi, I'm Toya :)
I trained here in Berlin in sound bath and sound healing facilitation, working with Tibetan singing bowls. I now offer private and 2:1 sessions from my home studio in Kreuzberg, in English and German.
Sound became part of my everyday after a few years I had very little control over. A Sunday night sound bath turned into a weekly ritual — the one hour where my mind actually switched off, and I could feel held by the vibrations of the bowls instead of holding everything myself. That's the hour I want to give you.
There's no pressure to fix anything here so show up as you are and let the bowls do the rest. If you've never experienced sound in this way before or have any questions about which session is right for you, please don't hesitate to reach out.
Sound Healing (60 min.)
September Special - €65
Once an appointment is arranged, you will receive a questionnaire that will allow me to prepare for your customized sound healing experience - planned around your specific needs that day.
During this individual sound healing session, you will lie fully clothed and comfortably covered. Therapeutic tibetan bowls are placed and played gently around and above the body, moving as the session goes. The vibrations are physically present and intentionally directed, making it more specific and personalized to you than a sound bath.
This experience is more expansive than a sound bath and aims to deeply relax, reduce stress/anxiety, release physical tension, and support emotional regulation.
Singing Bowl Massage (35 min.)
September Special - €40
Once an appointment is arranged, you will receive a questionnaire that will allow me to prepare for your customized sound healing experience - planned around your specific needs that day - with a special focus on the chakra system.
During this individual sound healing session, you will lie fully clothed and comfortably covered. Therapeutic tibetan bowls are placed directly on the body and the vibration travels from the base of the bowl into the body, rather than only through the air.
This experience is more concentrated and aims to deeply relax through localized vibrations, release mental and physical tension, and encourage a sense of energetic balance, with a special focus on the chakra system.
