Thank you for choosing Held – A 6-Week Fertility Reiki & Intuitive Support Journey. By purchasing this programme, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Nature of the Programme

Held is a six-week personalised support journey combining Reiki, intuitive guidance, Medical Intuitive insights, prayer, energetic practices and compassionate support.

This programme is designed to support your emotional, spiritual and energetic wellbeing while navigating your fertility journey.

Held is not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric or professional healthcare.

2. Medical Disclaimer

Loveena Duggal is not a medical doctor, fertility specialist, psychologist or licensed healthcare provider.

All intuitive guidance, Reiki healing, Medical Intuitive insights and spiritual support are offered for personal growth, self-awareness and emotional wellbeing only.

No diagnosis, treatment, cure or guarantee of pregnancy is offered or implied.

Clients are responsible for seeking appropriate medical advice and continuing care with their healthcare providers.

Any medical decisions, including fertility treatments, IVF, PRP, donor eggs or medications, remain entirely the client’s responsibility in consultation with their medical team.

3. Results

Every woman’s journey is unique.

Because healing is personal and influenced by many factors, individual experiences and outcomes will vary.

No specific emotional, physical or fertility outcome can be guaranteed.

4. Payment

Your place is confirmed once your first payment has been received.

Investment options:

• AUD $777 paid in full

or

• Two payments of AUD $399

• First payment upon enrolment
• Second payment at the beginning of Week Four

Where a payment plan is selected, the client agrees to complete all scheduled payments regardless of programme completion.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Due to the personalised nature of this programme and the commitment of time, preparation and energetic support, all payments are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend a scheduled live session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible so your session can be rescheduled within the six-week container.

Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited.

Exceptions may be considered in genuine emergencies at Loveena’s discretion.

6. Between-Session Support

Intuitive text support is available throughout the six-week journey.

Messages are responded to during business hours and as availability permits.

While every effort is made to respond with care and presence, this programme does not provide 24-hour or crisis support.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency or mental health crisis, please contact your healthcare provider or emergency services immediately.

7. Client Responsibility

Healing is a collaborative process.

Clients agree to:

• Take responsibility for their own decisions and wellbeing.
• Continue following the advice of their medical practitioners.
• Communicate honestly throughout the journey.
• Participate with openness and respect.

8. Confidentiality

Everything shared during our sessions and written communication will be treated with respect and confidentiality unless disclosure is required by law or there is concern for your immediate safety or the safety of another person.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials shared throughout Held, including written guidance, personalised practices, audio recordings, reimprinting exercises, meditations and programme content, remain the intellectual property of Loveena Duggal.

These materials are provided for your personal use only and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, shared, taught or sold without written permission.

10. Respectful Relationship

Held is created as a compassionate and respectful healing space.

Loveena reserves the right to discontinue the programme if abusive, threatening or inappropriate behaviour occurs.

This is a remote healing session. There's nothing that you are required to do in this session. You are not required to attend the session. At the selected time I will send through healing and will advise when done. I will also share insights if any come through during healing session. After a Reiki session, people often report:
