All signers must present a current, unexpired government-issued photo ID, such as driver's license, state ID, passport, or military ID.

Without acceptable ID from the signer(s), there must be a credible witness present with acceptable ID. Failure to provide sufficient ID after the notary arrives will lead to the need to reschedule or forfeit the fee.

Pricing - Mobile notary fees start at $50 (0-10 miles). Fees are guided by state law. *Please note there can be additional fees for hospital visits, same-day appointments, after 7 PM, holidays, real estate loans and locations over 10 miles from zip code 77584.

There are discounts available for veterans, first responders (new customer only), and "neighbors." All this will be taken into account in calculating your total fee.

Please note that if your document is a will or codicil (supplement or addendum to a will), do NOT schedule your appointment here. Please schedule under the Estate Planning option, as these documents cannot be notarized online per TX state law.

PRICING: Starts at $50

Covers online platform access, KBA verification, one document (estate plan and real estate loan docs typically incur a higher fee), up to two signers, up to two notarizations/stamps, document prep and witnesses if needed.

An invoice for any additional fees will be emailed as needed and should be paid prior to the start of your session. Email [email protected] with any questions.

Notary signings that deal specifically with estate planning documents such as wills, trusts, certain POA and medical directives. Estate plan packages (typically with multiple documents and notarizations) incur a higher fee than a single document.

Please note this is for an in-person signing. If you want a remote online notary session, please book this appointment under the RON option.

Pricing (includes mobile/travel fee): Single document starting at $50

Estate Plan Package - includes multiple docs such as will, trusts, POA, etc - starting at $125

Witness Fee: $30/witness

Complete the brief booking form and pay $50 to schedule your signing. If there are additional costs, you'll receive an invoice.

If we provide witnesses, please allow at least 48 hours between booking and actual appointment.

Schedule appointment for Sign Then Deliver Notary to act as authorized rep of an employer, helping employee to complete I-9 forms correctly. This can be done at employer or another agreed-upon location. Includes remote employees

Please make sure the employee has the proper ID required for I-9 verification and completion.
