The First Fitting is your initial appointment once your custom suit arrives. We’ll have you try it on, assess the fit against your original measurements, and identify any adjustments needed before the final finish. It’s a straightforward but essential step in the process, because even the most precise measurements benefit from a real-world check on a real body.

Come as you plan to wear it. If you have a shirt, shoes, or occasion in mind, bring them along. The more context we have, the better the outcome.
This appointment typically takes 30 to 45 minutes.

The Second Fitting is your final appointment, where any adjustments identified at your first fitting have been made and your suit is ready to wear. We’ll have you try it on one last time to confirm everything sits exactly as it should, from the shoulders down to the hem.

If all is well, you’ll leave with it. Come dressed the same way you did for your first fitting so we’re comparing like for like.
This appointment typically takes 20 to 30 minutes.

The First Group Fitting is your initial appointment once all custom suits in your order have arrived. We’ll fit each person in the group, assess how each suit sits against the original measurements, and identify any adjustments needed before the final finish. It’s the same careful process as an individual fitting, just done together.

Everyone should come dressed as they plan to wear their suit. If there’s a shirt, shoes, or a specific occasion in mind, bring them along. The more context we have, the better the outcome for the whole group.

The Pick Up Appointment is a quick visit to collect your finished item, whether it’s a suit, shirt, or shoes. Your suit will be freshly steamed and prepared so it’s ready to take home.

This is a straightforward collection appointment, designed to make picking up your order quick and easy.

This appointment typically takes around 15 minutes.
