# RadMon Recording Studio Booking with RadMon Studio

> *Studio bookings have now closed for the semester and will resume in 2027. Please direct any general inquiries to gage@radiomonash.online This is for the RECORDING STUDIO only !! NOT for podcasts or broadcasting. If you need to record a podcast you must book the broadcast studio instead: radiomonash.online/broadcast-bookings. We will not let you into the studio if you book it for podcasting Sessions run 1–3 hours - pick your duration above. Every booking is reviewed and approved by a studio manager before it is confirmed, and needs at least 48 hours notice. You can hold up to 2 upcoming bookings at a time. Noise: because we sit right next to the broadcast studio, loud sources (drums, amps, etc.) are only permitted Tue 6–8pm, Wed 2–8pm, Thu 6–8pm and all day Friday. Every other bookable time suits acoustic rehearsal/recording, vocal tracking, or mixing/production. - Required fields: `name` (Your name), `email` (Student email address), `attendeePhoneNumber` (Phone number), `student-id` (Student ID), `radmon-member` (I confirm that I am a current RadMon member), `studio-only` (I confirm that the space I am booking is for the music recording studio only, not the broadcast/podcasting room), `others-attending` (Will anyone else be attending your session?), `inducted` (Have you been inducted into the studio before? (First time? No problem - your booking will start with a 5-10 min induction. You only need it once.)), `purpose` (What are you looking to use the studio for?)
- Optional fields: `other-attendee-details` (If yes - please list the names (and student ID or email if they are a Monash student) of everyone else who will be present during the session), `purpose-other` (If you chose "Other" above, what are you using the studio for?), `studio-areas` (Which areas of the studio will you be using? (If unsure, leave blank)), `equipment` (Will there be any specific instruments/gear you are planning to use from the space? Be thorough - let us make sure all the gear you need is ready and available. - `name` and `email` go in `attendee` and `guests` is a list of emails; every other field goes in `bookingFieldsResponses` under its name.
- `lengthInMinutes` picks one of 60, 90, 120, 150, 180; pass the same value to the slots request as `duration`.
- A successful response is a pending booking request.
