- Optional fields: `company_name` (What's your company name?), `attendeePhoneNumber` (Phone number), `website_url` (What's your website or app URL? (if you have one)), `project_stage` (Where are you in the process?), `timeline` (What's your rough timeline?)
- `name` and `email` go in `attendee` and `guests` is a list of emails; every other field goes in `bookingFieldsResponses` under its name.
