A 45 minute online Pilates session with you and the physiotherapist . If you are a new attendee and have not been to Susans classes or attended previously you will need to fill in a health questionnaire which will be sent prior to this appointment. The start of the appointment will be be discussion and looking at your movement .
if you have attended prior sessions with Susan you can also book 45 minutes for a longer session.

A 30 minute online Pilates session with you and the physiotherapist . This is for those that have attended at least one previous session of Pilates with Susan , either in class or in person or via previous video.

A 30 minute sports massage for those that have attended previously or had at least one physiotherapy assessment beforehand. This will take place in clinic .

A new patient assessment taken over the telephone for those that don’t have online access and are unable to attend in person clinic .

A 30 minute appointment done via video link sent from your physiotherapist , for follow up appointments after your initial new patient appointment.

A 60 minute video appointment for new patients . A link will be sent .

A 30 minute face to face physiotherapy session with Susan in clinic. A 30 minute session is for follow up patients . This can be picked as a new patient if discussed with Susan beforehand .

A 60 minute appointment for new patients . In person at The Dales physiotherapy clinic.
