# Intro Call with Susi with Susi Bauer

- Required fields: `name` (Your name), `email` (Email address), `Content` (What are you hoping to chat about?)
- Optional fields: `source` (How did you hear about me?), `notes` (Is there anything I can do during the call to ensure better accessibility or comfort for you?), `guests` (Add guests)
- `name` and `email` go in `attendee` and `guests` is a list of emails; every other field goes in `bookingFieldsResponses` under its name.
