- Optional fields: `where` (Where is the event?), `for` (What are the pictures for?), `coi` (Does the venue or client require a certificate of insurance?), `station` (Would you also like headshots of your team at the event?), `heard` (How did you hear about us?)
- `name` and `email` go in `attendee` and `guests` is a list of emails; every other field goes in `bookingFieldsResponses` under its name.
- `location` is required: `location.phone` is the attendee’s own.
