Kyle has 10+ years of experience in recruiting and executive search. Prior to launching TC Search Group, Kyle held leadership roles at Robert Half, which is consistently recognized as one of the world’s top recruiting firms. He then transitioned to an in-house Director of Talent Acquisition role, where he led recruitment & search for an industry-leading retailer. Throughout his career, he has successfully completed searches across all major corporate functions and industries, with expertise in the retail and consumer sectors through partnerships with companies including Worldwide Golf and Big 5 Sporting Goods.
