This booking is for discussions relating to new customers or existing customers wishing to add a new service (e.g. Internet, Managed Services, 4G/5G mobile plans).
It must not be used for modifications, changes, troubleshooting, or support relating to existing services.
There is no charge for this call.
There is no charge for this call, but charges may apply once the scope of work is quotedThis task is for a callback to organise the creation of a Task Request. During this call, we will record the required details and schedule the task into our workflows at no charge.
There is no intention to resolve or fix any issues during this phone or video call. The purpose is to accurately capture the Task Request so it can be properly scheduled within our workflows and assigned to a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
$12.50 ex GST per 5 minutes ($150 ex GST per hour)A phone or video consultation where we provide consultation and support, including assistance with or investigation of an issue, or general consultation with an IT expert.
Time is charged for the duration of the meeting regardless of outcome or resolution. There is no guarantee that an issue will be resolved during the session.

This booking is for the exclusive use of existing Approved Systems vendors and suppliers.
A clear and detailed scope of the proposed discussion must be provided at the time of booking.
Approved Systems reserves the right to decline or cancel bookings from unsolicited or cold-approach vendors. Submissions must clearly demonstrate relevance and value before a meeting will be considered.
