Irene Naidu

Irene Naidu is a respected leader in New Zealand’s ICT industry with over 20 years of experience. She is currently the Business Development Manager at Digital Island, and Founder/Director of TechBabesNZ—an initiative supporting and mentoring women in tech. Her contributions were recognised with the Achievement Award at the 2023 Reseller News Women in ICT Awards.

Today, she’s known for her vendor advocacy, inclusive leadership, and ability to turn technical solutions into commercial success.

She actively promotes STEM education through the South Auckland STEM – A Coconut Wireless Initiative and is a sought-after speaker and podcast guest, sharing insights on tech careers and female empowerment.
