Refund policy:

• Cancel at least 1 calendar day before your appointment for a full refund.
• If you cancel with less than 1 calendar day notice or you no-show, the payment is non-refundable.
• Once the session begins (once we connect/log in), a $25 service fee is non-refundable. Any remaining amount may be refunded at our discretion if no work could be performed.
• If we cannot proceed due to issues outside our control (no internet, device won’t power on, wrong password, required access not available), we can reschedule once at no charge.
