Remote session via AnyDesk. Payment required to book. You’ll be at the computer during the session.

Not for: data recovery, enterprise servers, or ongoing managed IT. although it can be discussed separate from this service

**IMPORTANT** Next steps (required) after you book:

1. Download AnyDesk: https://anydesk.com/download
2. Be at the computer with internet during your appointment.
3. At appointment time, have your AnyDesk Address (9-digit number) ready.
4. You’ll approve the remote connection when I join.

Refund policy:

Cancel at least 1 calendar day before your appointment for a full refund.
If you cancel with less than 1 calendar day notice or you no-show, the payment is non-refundable.
Once the session begins (once we connect/log in), a $25 service fee is non-refundable. Any remaining amount may be refunded at our discretion if no work could be performed.
If we cannot proceed due to issues outside our control (no internet, device won’t power on, wrong password, required access not available), we can reschedule once at no charge.
