Refund policy:

Cancel at least 1 calendar day before for a full refund.
Less than 1 day notice or no-show: payment is non-refundable.
Once session begins, a $25 service fee is non-refundable.
If we cannot proceed due to issues outside our control, we can reschedule once at no charge.
