I will channel messages for you and together we can implement strategies and rituals to help you move through the obstacles.

We must reflect on:

What is making you unhappy?

what is making you frustrated? what are your self-esteem issues?

why are you not fully happy? why are you not excited for life, anymore?

What obstacles keep you far away from the better version of yourself?

IS YOUR NERVOUS SYSTEM DISREGULATED?
Do you feel safe in your body? in your home? in your relationships?
In the world? In your work environment?
Are you safe to express and be your authentic self?

Are you feeling your emotions? Or are you repressing them?

It's good to reflect deeply on our lives, and how we are living them, but ultimately we can't fix them by thinking, but by being! Also because actually there is nothing to fix, we have just to be able to feel safe enough to be our true selves. It is already In us, just buried from traumas, repressed emotions, fears and often from dysregulated NS.
