The organizations doing the most important work often have the least capacity to do it.

B Corps, nonprofits, and social enterprises are usually running lean by design. The problem is when that leanness shows up in the wrong places, like manual processes that quietly drain the team's time and energy.

I work with mission-driven organizations to build AI and automation systems that fit their existing tools and free up their people to focus on what they're actually there to do.

I come from an enterprise background (JPMorgan, billion-dollar startups), but I started The Good Studio because I wanted that kind of experience to be accessible to organizations focused on impact, not just growth. And 5% of all revenue goes to causes addressing real-world AI harms, because how we do business matters too.
