My work integrates traditional herbalism, scientific research, and the wisdom of the natural world. This is a no-pressure conversation to get a sense of whether we’re a good fit and how we might work together. If we move forward, I’ll send the Intake & Consent Forms before your Initial Consultation.

Initial Consultation

The purpose of this first meeting is to provide a clear foundation for our work. We’ll discuss your background, current routines, challenges, and priorities.
We then gently explore unconscious patterns and collaborate on a wellness plan with herbal support and practices tailored to what is most present and calling for attention in a grounded way.

After the initial consultation, you’re always welcome to reach out with questions or feedback. We’ll meet as needed at a pace that works for you.
My aim is to support your autonomy, not dependency. Working with nature and the body takes time, as patterns unfold in layers over a lifetime. This is not a quick fix. Be kind and patient with yourself.
