Welcome to our Individual Therapy sessions. My name is Amishi, and I am a licensed therapist with a passion for helping individuals navigate their unique journeys.

In these one-on-one sessions, we will work together in a safe, caring, and confidential environment. The goal is to explore your feelings, beliefs, or behaviours, identify aspects of your life that you would like to change, better understand yourself and others, set personal goals, and work towards desired change.

Whether you're dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or simply seeking personal growth, these sessions are designed to empower you with the tools to manage life's challenges.

Remember, seeking help is not a sign of weakness, but a strength. It shows you have the courage to admit when you don't have the answers, and to ask for help.

Cancellation and Refunds:

Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a therapy session. Otherwise the no refund will be provided.
In the event of a cancellation after 24 hours of the booking, only a 50% Refund of the Net Amount (Amount with the transaction charges subtracted) will be done.
In the event of a cancellation, a partial refund will be issued.
The refund amount will be the session fee minus the transaction fees charged by PayPal.
Example: For a session fee of $32, the refund amount will be $29.98 (session fee minus PayPal fees).

PayPal Transaction Fee: $2.02
Refund Amount: $29.98

No-Show Policy:

Failure to attend a scheduled session without cancellation will result in no refund.
The full session fee will be charged for no-shows.

Refund Processing:

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method (PayPal).
Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

No Exceptions:

This policy applies to all cancellations without exception.
No additional considerations will be made for emergencies or extenuating circumstances.

Policy Changes:

This cancellation policy is subject to change.
Clients will be notified of any changes in advance.

By scheduling a therapy session, clients acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
