I support women through the grief of pregnancy loss and abortion: miscarriage, stillbirth, infertility, IVF journeys, and unfulfilled wishes for a child.

This isn't work about "healing" or "processing" your way to being done with it. I don't believe grief like this ever fully closes. Instead, I help women learn to carry it, some days heavier than others, and to find real strength within it along the way.

Reiki is a form of energy work, done through hands held just above the body (handopleggging in Dutch) or a light touch on the body, meant to support relaxation and balance. During a session, I attune myself to your energy, and sometimes I can see who is there with you, a loved one present in the room. Many people feel warmth, a sense of calm, or a release of energy they didn't know they were holding. Think spa, but then for energy!

This 90-minute session is dedicated to your unique self. You get to choose what feels right for you:

During these sessions I provide a nurturing space for your nervous system to settle. This in turn allows for you to realign, gain perspective, and reconnect with yourself. You will feel confident in your own healing capabilities, and trust your intuition again.
