3-hour Deep Dive

A 3-hour deep dive designed to help you slow down, gain clarity, and reconnect with yourself.

We begin with a card reading to uncover what’s currently asking for your attention and insight. From there, you’ll be guided through restorative yoga and meditation to calm your nervous system and create space for integration.

If it feels aligned, we have a short break with a gentle walk in nature or an optional Reiki session to deepen relaxation and support your body in settling into balance after the restorative yoga session.
