Important Requirements:

  Why? This allows screen sharing from my side and keeps your recovery PC fully available.
• Your crypto PC must remain dedicated to the recovery process.
• If you join from the same PC as the one being recovered, be aware:
  • Zoom window management can slow the process.
  • Additional time may be required, billed at $49/hour beyond 2 hours.
  • Rescheduling may be needed to complete.

What You Need to Have Ready:

• Admin access to your recovery device.
