New Clients to the Agency

This calendar is for anyone new to the agency who wants to explore Health, Life, or Medicare coverage. For Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, or Part D, a Scope of Appointment form must be completed 48 hours before the meeting.

Health Insurance Annual Check Up

This calendar is for new or existing clients with Marketplace health insurance who want a review or help with coverage. Simply choose a time that works best for you to book your appointment.

Medicare Review for AEP (EXISTING CLIENTS ONLY)

This calendar is for existing clients that would like to discuss their current policy during (AEP). All meetings booked must occur no sooner than 48 hours from the receipt of an updated Scope of Appointment form according to the rules of CMS.

New to Medicare

This appointment is for new Medicare enrollees who are seeking help in establishing a Medicare Advantage or Medicare Supplement (Medigap) plan for the first time.

Home and Auto Insurance

This calendar is for anyone shopping for Home or Auto insurance. Appointments are used to review your current coverage, discuss your situation, or go over quotes. Just pick a time that works best for you.
