Initial Maya Abdominal Massage: Tul 'Ix Indigenous Arts

This session includes an intake and assessment of best approach. The session includes a variety of the following: abdominal massage, spiritual care through flower baths or smoke baths, learning self-care techniques, genital steaming and castor oil packs. It is best to not have eaten a big meal right before the session. If you have a uterus, it is best to receive this work when you are not bleeding; ideally after you bleed and before you ovulate. Rate: $180

Different needs and life experiences call for different care, so the two hour session varies in how it forms.

Pelvic Myofascial Release Promo

Two 60 minute pelvic myofascial release sessions for $125.

These two sessions will be focused on the hips, butt, legs, pelvis, and lower back. The fascial system encompasses every physical part of us- so the impacts will likely stretch through your whole body.

There is a quick assessment portion of you skeletal system and the hands on work is done on a massage table working skin on skin, with your underwear staying on.

This work invites you to be present to your sensations and experience.

Payment will be taken on the first session and both sessions must take place before April 1st. There is no refunds for this promo.

Rotator Cuff Promo

Two 90 minute Shoulder/Rotator Cuff sessions for $200.

This promotion is for two sessions of deep tissue work of the rotator cuff (subscapularis, teres minor, infra + supraspinatus) and soft tissue work of the surrounding musculature (shoulders, neck, arms, chest+ribs).
