- Required fields: `name` (Your name), `email` (Email address), `attendeePhoneNumber` (Phone number), `Instagram` (Please share your instagram username so we can keep contact easily)
- Optional fields: `guests` (Add guests), `Do-you-have-any-allergies--skin-conditions-or-health-issues-the-artist-should-know-about` (Do you have any allergies, skin conditions or health issues the artist should know about?)
- `name` and `email` go in `attendee` and `guests` is a list of emails; every other field goes in `bookingFieldsResponses` under its name.
- A successful response is a pending booking request.
