Free Consultation
30 min meeting with Avery Hayes over Zoom Video. We'll talk about what it would look like to work together, what your goals are and how you're currently feeling in your body, and answer any questions you have. We'll be talking rather than moving, so just bring yourself and a stable internet connection! For more information about my approach and pricing, check out trainwithavery.com.
