Discovery Call
30 min meeting with Trish Sanico over Cal Video or Zoom Video. Can we talk about something? You're not supposed to be drowning in the operational chaos of your own business. You built this thing to create freedom, not to become a prisoner of endless to-do lists. This free 30-minute discovery call is basically us figuring out what's actually going on in your business and whether there's a way I can help make things less... chaotic. No pressure, no pitch—just an honest conversation about whether working with a Digital Business Manager (DBM) might actually make your life easier. What we'll probably end up talking about: ╰ What’s working in your business and what's making you want to pull your hair out ╰ Where things are getting stuck and why your days feel like you're constantly putting out fires ╰ Your actual vision for this business (not the "I should want this" version, but what you really want ╰ Areas where you could delegate or automate stuff without losing your mind about quality ╰ A realistic action plan that fits your actual situation—so you walk away knowing what to do next Here's what you can expect: ╰ A chill, no-pressure conversation where you don't have to pretend everything's fine ╰ Space to vent about what's driving you crazy and what kind of support would actually help ╰ A honest discussion about whether a DBM can help bring some sanity back to your business If you've been feeling more like a frazzled project manager than the visionary you started out as, this conversation might be exactly what you need.
