Hi, I'm Tucker Yarbrough, CFO and GM at Yarbrough & Sons Heating & Air, a second-generation, family-owned HVAC and plumbing company proudly serving Oklahoma since 1988.

At Yarbrough & Sons, I lead strategy, operations, and growth initiatives focused on delivering world-class service while developing future leaders in the trades.

Our team was named 2019 Residential Contractor of Excellence, and 2024 Contractor of the Year, and I was honored to be recognized as one of the Top 40 Under 40 in the Home Service Industry. I also serve as a coach and speaker with Service Nation Alliance, helping contractors across the country scale their businesses with systems that actually work.

In 2024, I co-founded Trades.Consulting, a platform built to empower trades business owners with the tools, clarity, and coaching they need to grow faster and lead better.
