Upasana Somatic: A first conversation
30 min meeting with Upasana Somatic over Cal Video. Hello, I'm glad you're here. This is 30 min call to talk about what's bringing you and experience this somatic container. Nothing to prepare, and nothing to decide beforehand. We'll look at where you are, what you're hoping for, and whether this work is a good fit. If it isn't, I'll say so honestly.
