Directions: Head towards BCYC at Cheddar Reservoir.

Access: Proceed through the gate at the entrance to the reservoir (it will be shut but unlocked). Once you're through the gate (please close it behind you), drive up and to the left right along the edge of the reservoir. You'll see our car park and Club house on your left-hand side.

What to Expect:

This is a 3-hour session (with a break for practice) that focuses on how to wingfoil gybe. During the session, you'll gain the necessary skills to experience your first flights under wing power!

Breaking it down: I'll break down the gybe into easy to grasp sections.
Step by step: The session will introduce a step by step learning process that you can use if you are trying your first gybes or just polishing your foot switch.
Video feedback: For some of the session I will be filming from a rib and we will review the footage during the clinic so that you put the feedback into action immediately.
On and off water coaching. At the beginning of the session we will talk through the sections of gybing - then practice on land before we go on the water.

What to Bring:

Wetsuit (or use one provided by us!)
Wingfoil kit (the session will be on your kit)
Suitable footwear (wetsuit shoes or old trainers that can get wet)
Water bottle
Positive attitude and a thirst for adventure!
