Ara Hui: Keeping Clients
90 min meeting with Vernette Shapland over Google Meet. Ara means pathway. This is where the real relationship begins. A small, themed workshop for pakihi owners who are ready to do the mahi but are not sure where to start. Three to six of us. Ninety minutes. One theme. This month we are on Keeping Clients: relationships, communication, retention. Looking after the people who already trust you, and being honest about the ones that are not working. This is not a webinar and it is not a lecture. It is a conversation between people who are all figuring out similar things. I go first, every time. I will share something honest about my own pakihi before I ask anything of you. $75 +GST per person, so $86.25 including GST. Payment is taken when you book and your seat is confirmed straight away. Minimum three people for the hui to run. If we do not reach three you get a full refund and first call on the next one. You can cancel and be refunded any time up to 11 February. You will leave with follow up notes and one thing you are actually going to do.Ara means pathway. This is where the real relationship begins.
