- Required fields: `name` (Your name), `companyName` (Company name), `howFound` (How did you find VideoRep?), `videoType` (What type of video are you looking for?), `callTopics` (Anything specific you'd like to cover on the call?), `email` (Email address), `role` (What's your role?)

- `name` and `email` go in `attendee` and `guests` is a list of emails; every other field goes in `bookingFieldsResponses` under its name.
