My name is Wangari Wahome, the Founder & CEO of Unravel Coaching, whose mission is to develop great and courageous leaders who embrace wholeness and authenticity to unlock the full potential of their organizations. At Unravel Coaching, fostering warm, authentic connection is at the heart of everything we do- we create brave and compassionate spaces where leaders, teams, and individuals alike can show up fully, share openly, and engage deeply—because growth and transformation come from genuine connection, safety and belonging.

As a Trauma Informed Personal Leadership Coach, I specialize in helping leaders master the art of leading themselves so that they can be exceptional leaders for others. I support them to gently navigate their inner landscape, reclaim their inner wisdom, and define their personal leadership brand, so they can continue to grow their capabilities, better navigate life and the volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous (VUCA) business environment, make informed decisions, and lead with clarity, presence, and authenticity. My coaching style is grounded in the transformative principles of Awareness, Clarity, and Choice© conversational framework, compassionate inquiry and a depth-oriented approach, enabling sustainable change for you, my client, whilst providing you with a strong foundation for both personal and professional growth. I believe that whether one is in a leadership role or aspiring to grow into one, the ability to effectively manage, develop, and lead others begins with mastering the art of leading oneself—because who we are is how we lead—and the ability to lead others begins with being deeply connected to oneself.
