Session Booking Agreement

Cancellation & Rescheduling:

• 48+ hours notice: Full refund or complimentary reschedule
• 24-48 hours notice: Session fee converted to credit valid for 3 months
• Less than 24 hours notice: 50% session fee retained, 50% credit issued
• No-shows: Full session fee forfeited

Why this policy exists:
As a Projector working with limited session availability, I prepare extensively for each client (Human Design chart analysis, spatial research, custom materials). This policy honours both your commitment and the preparation time invested in your transformation.

Emergencies:
Life happens. If you experience a genuine emergency, please reach out directly and we'll find a solution together.

| 6 page comprehensive guide with layout plans, color palettes, and implementation timeline
| Priority based action plan so you know what to tackle first
| Shopping guide with multiple price points and regional sourcing options
| Written summary within 48 hours plus one check in at 1 week mark
