I’m offering strategic clarity coaching slots for creative founders. This forms a natural extension of the clarity and strategic work I’ve been doing with business founders and creatives over the past years.

I’ve worked as a lecturer and founder coach for the Berlin Startup Stipendium at Weißensee’s Design Farm and UdK’s Creative Prototyping, and supported founders in German national entrepreneurship programs such as EXIST Women and EXIST.

At Kreativ Kultur, I’ve spent the past year helping creative founders navigate their challenges and identify clear behavioural patterns in early-stage decision-making.

Since 2019, I’ve also taught designers how to communicate their work and concepts with clarity.

Coaching has become the most direct way to offer the structured thinking and behavioural insight that my work already builds. There, our coaching work can be funded through the programs AVGS (for those receiving support from the Agentur für Arbeit, Jobcenter), or ZGS (Coaching vor der Gründung), or for established businesses there are the programs BAFA and INQA .
