Attune to your Higher Self, the Source Field, and Divine Loving Intelligence in a Soul Aligned Coaching Call_. This is an intuitive coaching session and an energetic reading at the same time. We come together in a zoom call or in-person. During this experience you let me know where you are at presently and where you would like to be, OR you set the goal for something you would like to shift, and we go from there through the flow of the session. You receive insight, support, intuitive coaching, and conscious shifts to support and guide you. We chat and discuss where you are at presently and how to assist you in your path moving forward in alignment with your Soul and your goals. I read the field and receive messages from your Higher Self and share them with you as we go.

(You can even just come in saying.. "I'm not sure what I need, but I do know that I would like some support!", and that is perfect too.- There is no right or wrong way to show up.)

A balanced breath-work experience.

In this personalized experience, you will flow through a guided breathwork session to support you in ways such as: restoring Balance to your nervous system, expanding capacity for healing through increased oxygen in the blood, experiencing the opportunity for somatic healing + emotional release, and/or experiencing an expansion of consciousness by breathing more breath/Spirit/Life Force into the body- this allows you to connect with higher consciousness within your Being.

There are innumerable benefits to this breath work practice. It is the perfect combination of activation and ignition, combined with rest and relaxation.

We will meet together to discuss your goals, and then I will support and guide your breathwork experience every step of the way.

The Shift & Expand Experience is comprised of (1) guided Yan Yun Breathwork Session and (1) Synoptic Transpositioning Flow with Deanna as your Guide. The total experience of both sessions lasts a total of approx. 3 hours. These can be scheduled for the same day, or on different days depending on your needs.

This unique combination of Balanced Breathwork and ST Flow is deeply supportive to your body-mind-spirit, as you will experience the opportunity to regulate your nervous system, expand your consciousness, shift energetic patterns and move through a trauma release and re-patterning experience. You will receive the opportunity for a supportive follow-up with Deanna after your experience is complete.
