Booking Terms & Policies

By booking a session, you agree to the following:

• Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. All sales are final.

• Rescheduling & Cancellations

48-hour notice required for any rescheduling or cancellations.

Late cancellations (<48 hours): No refund, but a 50% credit will be applied to a future session.

No-shows (missed session without notice): No refund or rescheduling permitted.

• Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time.

After 15 minutes with no communication, the session will be considered a no-show (no refund or reschedule).

• Refunds

Refunds require 48+ hours’ notice and will be issued to the original payment method (or an agreed alternative, if possible). A small processing fee (2.9% + 30 cents) will be deducted through Stripe's payment system and won't be refunded.

No refunds for student cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance (partial 50% credit applies).

- Exceptions: Emergencies (e.g., illness, family crisis) will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
