Adam Elitzur

I'm an incoming freshman at MIT. I have been programming for over 5 years and love it. I am proficient in Python, Java, and web development, specifically HTML, CSS, JS, React.js, and Next.js. I built many web development projects, which you can check out at adamelitzur.com.

Songlingo, a website I created to help people learn languages through music, has won the Congressional App Challenge in Congresswoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz (Florida 25th) District, as well as the Southeast regional winner of the FHSAA Heart of the Arts Award. I had the chance to present it in the Capitol building in D.C. to my Congresswoman.

I completed three programming courses, CS50, Harvard's Introduction to Computer Science, and Colt Steele's Web Development Bootcamp and Modern Python 3 Bootcamp.

I love teaching and helping others with their coding journeys! For the past 3 years, I've been volunteering teaching programming to students in Jamaica and the United States.
