Argentine Spanish from a Gringo POV

After many years of going back and forth from Argentina, hanging with friends, dating my now-wife, and surviving endless Sunday asados with her family, I learned Spanish the way people actually speak it, not how textbooks pretend they do.

Traditional classes teach you to pass tests. This series teaches you to actually hold a conversation, understand the slang (lunfardo), and connect like a local.

I have a passion for teaching (and learning) and I want to hone this skill for myself while sharing what I've learned. Don't come expecting a "real" teacher.

My end goal here is to eventually accept donations that will go 100% to providing English school scholarships to underprivileged children. This is the start on that journey.

What to expect:

• Intermediate level: If you have 0 Spanish experience, this won't be the series for you.
• Unique style to learning grammar: Focus on high-impact phrasing and natural rhythm.
• Deep analysis of the common difficulties English speakers have learning Spanish: I will point out fun tips and a new POV on overcoming these difficulties.
• Rioplatense nuance: Master the voseo, local cadence, and cultural nuances.
• Real-world focus: Go from translating in your head to speaking naturally. We too often think in English first and then speak. We instead will focus on mastering concepts naturally in Spanish.
