About the event
Adaptive Skateboarding Clinic in Covina
Come learn to skateboard with us at an inclusive and adaptive environment for kids 5-12 years old. Boundless, Skate Inclusion, and Pawnshop Skate Co. will be at the Covina Park Hockey Rink, providing FREE, beginner skate lessons for kids with developmental and physical differences. No experience required!
Join us in connecting with other families, trying something new, and enjoying a day of play!
The Curriculum
Participants will work on gross motor skills including: balancing on the board, shifting their weight heel to toe, pushing, and riding while assisted by a coach.
Equipment
Loaner skateboards and safety equipment will be provided! Let us know if your child requires any special equipment or assistance. We'll do our best to accommodate everyone!
