Seller Consultation

During the seller consultation, we will go over your goals and timeline and I will gather information about your home. We will then schedule an in-person listing appointment for a future date.

Buyer Consultation

During the buyer consultation, we will discuss your timeline, budget, wants & needs, areas you'd like to be in and any questions you may have. We will have clear next steps on how to get started by the end of the meeting.

Buy & Sell Consultation

If you're looking to sell your existing home and upgrade or downsize to a new home, this one's for you! During this appointment, we will go over your goals and timeline and I will gather information about your current home and what you are looking for in a new home.

Rental Consultation

During the rental consultation, I will learn about your timeline, budget, desired location, your wants and needs, and any questions you have. We will discuss the process and go over next steps to working together.
