John H. Hamilton, MD

I am a Board Certified physician in Emergency Medicine. I received my medical degree from the University of Tennessee College of Medicine. I was Chief Resident during my residency in Emergency Medicine at the University of Tennessee honing my medical and surgical skills at the Elvis Presley Level 1 Trauma Center in Memphis, TN. Prior to medical school, I earned degrees in both Economics & Biochemistry and worked approximately 6 years in marketing & sales, but ultimately realized that I wanted a different path. In 2018 My family and I moved to Texas where I have been practicing emergency medicine. I spent 3 years as adjunct clinical faculty for senior Medical Students, Internal Medicine Residents and Psychiatric Residents during their emergency medicine rotation months. In 2021, I earned an MBA at Baylor University with an emphasis in Healthcare Policy & Administration. As an Eagle Scout, I strive to be a leader in life and want to bring out the best in everyone. I am passionate about health, leadership, education, Spurs Basketball, & Rodeos! My wife and I are married with 3 girls, who also love the Spurs & rodeos!
