While Equinidra is not therapy, it is a trauma-informed process that will continue to unfold and integrate long after our time together. You will leave with practical somatic tools to support your everyday life, both in and out of the barn.

What you receive:

• 3 x 60 minute 1:1 co-meditation dyad sessions
• Bespoke 35 minute Yoga Nidra recording for deep integration beyond our time together
• Simple somatic practices to help things land
• Personal email check-in within 48 hours of each session

Allowing time after each session is a necessary part of this work. These are not sessions to be squeezed between meetings...or rides! Gift yourself space to land.

3 sessions to be taken within 3 months of your first booking.

For those with horses, sessions can extend into a triadic experience — horse, woman, guide. Enquire for details.

You are asked to arrive with your own support already in place — a therapist, bodyworker or trusted person in your life. These sessions move things. That is their nature and their gift.
