This is an open conversation to understand your background, experience, and what you’re actually looking for next.
We’ll talk through your career path, current situation, and what’s been shaping your decisions so far. I’ll ask questions as we go, you’ll respond, and the conversation will naturally move where it needs to--no script, no rigid format.
I tend to side track a bit, but that’s intentional. I care about understanding the person behind the resume, not just the timeline on it.
This is still a working interview, not coaching or resume review (sometimes I may pack it all in). The goal is simple: clarity on fit, direction, and whether there’s alignment with our partnership and roles I’m working.

Interview Prep (Video Eva)
A quick call or video meeting (recommended) to go over what and how you should prepare to win the opportunity: the role, fit & alignment, and ultimately why they should hire you.
This is a focused session to help you prepare for upcoming interviews.
We’ll cover how to present your experience clearly, what employers are likely listening for, and how to avoid common mistakes in interviews.
This is not a deep dive into your background or resume. It’s practical, tactical guidance to help you show up stronger and more confident in conversations.
What you need:
- Dress as you are interviewing with employer
- Have resume & job description in front of you (laptop side by side is recommended)
- Ready to take notes and bring a positive attitude
If you need a full career reset or positioning work, that belongs in the 1:1 Strategy session (a paid session to deep dive into your resume, career, marketability, unanswered questions, etc..)

Intake Call (Client only)
We’ll use this time to define the role clearly—scope, success profile, expectations, compensation range, culture, and what matters most to you and your organization.
This is not a surface-level intake. This call sets the foundation for the entire search. If this is unclear, everything downstream becomes noise.

Career Strategy Deep Dive (1:1 Advisory)
I'm glad you decided to invest in yourself!
This is a deeper working session on how you are positioned in the market today —and how to improve it.
I'll review your resume, experience, and overall narrative, then get honest about how employers are likely interpreting your background right now. From there, we refine your positioning, identify gaps, and tighten how you present yourself going forward.
This is not generic advice or interview tips.
This is a direct reset of how you show up in the market.
If you want clarity, direction, and real recalibration —not surface feedback -- this is the right call.
