Please have ready: robot model and serial number, controller series, HRSS version, the exact alarm code or message, and photos or a short video. A trained person should be at the robot. Advice only: no remote robot motion without qualified staff on site. EUR 59, paid when you book. Cancel at least 24 hours before for a full refund. English, Italian or Mandarin.
