Discovery call
30 min meeting with Kylie Griffiths over Google Meet. A relaxed 30-minute video chat to see whether health coaching with me is the right fit for you. If you're doing everything you're meant to but it's starting to take its toll, whether you feel wired, tired or can't seem to switch off, this is a chance to talk through what's going on and what you'd like to feel different. I'll explain how I work and what coaching with me looks like, so you come away with a clearer sense of your next step. There's no pressure and no hard sell. Kylie x
