Grounded in lived experience, clinical training as a Registered Dietitian, and deep somatic work, bringing an understanding of how your nervous system and inner world shape how you eat. Includes integrated nutrition 1:1, establishing a relationship with the body, mindset and pattern work, and somatic awareness with nutrition. Minimum one month commitment.
