About the event

Step away from the demands of everyday life and into the peaceful presence of a herd of Icelandic horses.

Held on a private horse farm in Olivenhain (North County San Diego), these intimate group gatherings are designed to help you slow down, reconnect with nature, and reset your nervous system. Through guided meditation, candlelit sound healing, and gentle interactions with the herd, you'll be immersed in a calming, sensory-rich environment that encourages relaxation and connection.

No horse experience is necessary, and there is no riding involved. Because you'll be spending time with a living herd, every gathering is unique.

Many guests leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and with a smile that stays with them for days.

Why Icelandic horses?

For more than a thousand years, Icelandic horses have been bred for their gentle temperament, resilience, and close connection with both people and one another. Spending time with a living herd offers a rare opportunity to witness their strong sense of community while slowing down, becoming fully present, and reconnecting with yourself.

Their calm, authentic nature, combined with the peaceful setting, creates space for the mind to quiet, the body to soften, and a deeper sense of peace and well-being to emerge.

Private gatherings

Private events are possible on other days and times for your own group. Email or text Rebecca for details and to talk through options.
