Hiring an SDR through School of SDR is a fast, high intent process.

Before booking a slot, please note:

• We work only with companies hiring for the US markets.
• Minimum SDR budget: 11 lacs fixed CTC.
• Minimum budget for a Founding SDR role: 16 lacs fixed CTC (20-22 lacs total including variable).
• Our fee: 12 percent of fixed CTC.
• Payment terms: 30 days from DOJ of the SDR (non negotiable). If this does not work for you, please do not book a call.
• We move fast and work only with teams that can hire within 3 weeks after signing the contract.
