Sound Bath

Hosted at Shanti Om Yoga, where you just need to show up! All that you need will be provided - yoga mats, bolsters for your knees, blankets, pillows for your head & even pillows for your eyes! Wear your comfies & bring any additional padding you might require.
We have a limited number of zero gravity chairs for those who cannot get up and down from the ground, and extra padded yin yoga mats or those requiring extra padding to lie on. Ask before booking if you must have one of these to see about availability as they are limited.
